Serving Requirements

Basic Paella to serve 2 adults - Sauté the onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Stir in the turmeric, paprika and rice until the rice is coated. Pour in stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes. When stock is almost fully absorbed add the peas and cooked meat, seafood, or veggies as desired. Heat for 5 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and tender.
