Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent drink traditionally from China. It is produced by fermenting tea, sugar and symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) - the result is a naturally sparkling drink with a refreshingly crisp, subtly sweet flavour.
We use only the finest organic ingredients in our original Kombucha. Enjoy chilled on it's own, or combine with a juice of your choice to create a refreshing mocktail!
