Biona Organic Pumpkin Seed Butter is milled from small batches of freshly roasted seeds from certified organic pumpkins - and that’s it!  We never use palm fat or emulsifiers, only the pumpkin seed kernels which means you receive all their nutrient rich goodness and taste. Pumpkin Seed Butter makes a great change from Peanut, Almond or alternative butters.  Slather it on toast to enjoy its rich, smooth flavour or drizzle with honey for a sweeter taste. It makes an ideal base for savoury sandwiches and can also be used for baking and cooking too!  Try adding a spoon to sauces and soups for added flavour or even as a pesto topping for pasta! With nothing but 100% organic pumpkin seeds inside, the nut oil may separate on occasion but this does not affect the quality of the product.  Simply stir to restore its naturally creamy consistency and enjoy!
