Unlike most concentrated vegetable stocks, Clearspring Umami Instant Stock is made from the highest quality, natural ingredients without the use of yeast extracts. This is our unique creation which can be used in non-Japanese style soups and stews.
Dissolve the content of one sachet into 5ml of boiling water to make a delicious, smooth and mellow stock for soups, stews, sauces, rice and grain dishes.
