Blueberry and Almond Baked Oats

(Without banana)

How to Make it

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Blend the oats, milk, syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and baking powder in a blender until a smooth batter is formed. Stir in the raspberries and coconut.
  • Transfer the oat mixture to a greased ramekin dish and spread evenly. Top with extra raspberries and coconut.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Enjoy!!
