Blueberry and Almond Baked Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Just Natural Jumbo Oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Organic Kitchen Agave Syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp Just Natural Cinnamon
- Handful of blueberries
- 1 tbsp Just Natural Almond Flakes
How to Make it
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Blend the oats, milk, syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and baking powder in a blender until a smooth batter is formed. Stir in the raspberries and coconut.
- Transfer the oat mixture to a greased ramekin dish and spread evenly. Top with extra raspberries and coconut.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
