Blueberry Infused Oats

Jazz up your morning oats by swirling in some frozen blueberries. They almost immediately bestow their colour to all that surrounds them, adding heaps of flavour, and create a bowl of oats that is sure to light up your day.

How to Make it

  • Add the oats, non-dairy milk of choice, and water to a pot. Bring to the boil and simmer for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in the mashed banana, vanilla extract, and salt. Cook for a few minutes more.
  • Stir in the blueberries and leave to heat through for a further two minutes or so.
  • Stir in the desiccated coconut and serve topped with whatever takes your fancy on the day.
