Maple and Pecan Dark Chocolate Bites

How to Make it

  • Soak dates and pecans in boiling water for at least one hour and then whizz up into a blender along with 2 tbsp of soaking water.
  • Add to the rest of the ingredients and mould into squares on a lined baking tray. Leave in the freezer overnight.
  • In the morning, melt down dark chocolate with coconut oil, coat the pecan bars with dark chocolate, drizzle with extra chocolate and add a pecan on top.
  • Leave to set and store in the fridge!
