Clearspring Organic Buckwheat Pasta is made from naturally gluten-free 1% buckwheat flour. Buckwheat is not related to wheat and has been grown for centuries as a nutritious staple food. Made by second generation Italian producers, this delicate nutty flavoured tortiglioni has a firm texture with a satisfying bite and holds its shape during cooking. Bring plenty of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if desired. Add 8g of pasta per portion. For perfect “al dente” pasta simmer for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta, simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce.
