Organic Raw Cacao Paste 200g

I really like this cacao paste. It has both good consistency and texture alongside a very subtle taste, which is not too bitter or overpowering. It is also quite competitively priced, which is an extra bonus. I must say having tried a variety of different brands, whose products were both very expensive and quite varied quality wise, I am quite happy to have come across this company . Needless to say I will continue to purchase from them again.

A thick banquet of pineapple, strawberry, raspberry, vanilla, marshmallow, licorice, Greek yoghurt, mild cheddar cheese, lemon, malt vinegar, unripe bananas, and plenty more. An entire organic grocer compressed into brown chunks of sweet and sour heaven, despite it just being crushed cacao nibs with nothing changed. If you like dark chocolate, you won't forget it easily, and your memories will be fond.

It's good for baking, melting, savouring in its raw form and even for keeping yourself awake.
