As you'd expect from an organic Spanish rose made from well-ripened Garnacha grapes this has a bold raspberry pink hue. It has good juicy fruit and most importantly, great balancing acidity, largely thanks to night harvesting of the grapes. Dry and direct with charming red cherry and strawberry aromas and flavours making it an unsurprisingly perfect match for tapas and summer barbecues!
