Aromatherapy

Tisserand essential oils and aromatherapy blends.

Single oils — lavender, tea tree, eucalyptus, peppermint, sweet orange, lemon, rosemary, frankincense — plus blends for sleep, focus, calm and energy, and roller balls for pulse points.

Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts, usually steam-distilled, and it takes a great deal of plant material to make a small bottle. That's why lavender is affordable and rose isn't.

Most shouldn't go directly on skin. A carrier oil — jojoba, sweet almond, coconut — dilutes them to a safe strength. Lavender and tea tree are the usual exceptions, and even then patch testing is sensible. For a diffuser, a few drops in water is plenty.
