Delivery on Subscription Orders
Free UK delivery applies to subscription orders over £35.
This is calculated per recurring delivery, not your original order.
If your subscription items total less than £35, delivery charges will apply to each recurring order — even if your first order qualified for free delivery.
Each subscription order is treated separately.
If you place subscription products in separate orders, shipping charges may apply to each subscription order individually, even if those orders were placed on the same day.
To help avoid multiple delivery charges, please add all items you want on subscription to your basket and place them together in one order.

Yes. We recommend adding all subscription products to your basket in the same order so they are set up together.
How do i manage my Subscriptions?
Login to your account, click on the Subscription link in the top menu of your customer portal.
Can I change my next order date?
Yes, you can pause, skip, or reschedule upcoming orders through your subscription account.
Can I cancel or change an order that’s already been placed?
Once a subscription order has been processed, we’re not always able to cancel or make changes.
Our orders are sent directly to the warehouse and are often picked and packed very quickly. If you need to make changes, we recommend updating, skipping, or cancelling your subscription before the next order is processed.
What if I’m not in when my order is delivered?
If you’re not available to receive your delivery, you can manage your parcel directly with Evri using your tracking link.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email where you can choose options such as leaving in a safe place, delivering to a neighbour, or rescheduling delivery.
