Fizzy Drinks

Organic and natural fizzy drinks from Whole Earth, Dalston's, Biona and Remedy Kombucha.

Flavours include Cola, lemonade, ginger beer, rhubarb, cloudy fruit and live kombucha. What's not here: aspartame, acesulfame K and artificial colours –sweetening comes from fruit juice, stevia or nothing at all.

Kombucha is fermented rather than sweetened down – the culture consumes the sugar during fermentation, which is why a live kombucha can be low in sugar without a sweetener. It's naturally lightly fizzy from that fermentation, rather than carbonation.
