Peanut & Nut Butter

Smooth and crunchy, salted and unsalted, in everyday jars through to catering sizes. Beyond peanut: almond, cashew, hazelnut, mixed nut and pumpkin seed butter, plus chocolate hazelnut spreads.

If you want a single-ingredient jar, the unsalted lines are the ones — nothing but nuts. The oil sitting on top is what happens when there's no emulsifier or palm oil holding it together, which is a good sign rather than a fault. Stir it back in and keep it in the fridge if you'd rather it stayed put.

Nut butter and nut paste are the same thing; the paste label usually just means no salt or sugar has been added.
