Rose Wine
Organic and alcohol free rosé — a short, picked selection rather than a full shelf.
Spanish and South African organic rosé, 0% New Zealand rosé, and a Sicilian sparkling Frappato.
Rosé isn't red and white wine blended — that's banned for most European wine. It's made from red grapes pressed and left in contact with their skins for a few hours rather than weeks. The colour leaches out; most of the tannin doesn't. That's why rosé is lighter and fresher than red made from the same grape.
Paler doesn't mean drier. Colour comes from skin contact time, sweetness from residual sugar — they're unrelated, despite the Provence style making pale look sophisticated.
