Biona Organic Cashew Nut Butter is milled from small batches of freshly roasted, certified organic nuts - and that’s it!  We don’t use palm fat or emulsifiers, only the whole nut which means you receive their nutritious goodness and taste. Cashew Butter is perhaps the creamiest of all the nut butters and makes a great change from Peanut or Almond. It is delicious spread liberally over hot toast and topped with banana for a hearty morning start and serves as a great afternoon pick me up when spread over crackers. It’s distinctive velvety consistency works wonders in smoothies, raw desserts and it can even be used as a replacement for traditional cream to decorate cakes. With nothing but 100% whole roasted Cashew Nuts inside, the nut oil may separate on occasion but this does not affect the quality of the product.  Simply stir to restore to its natural consistency and enjoy!
