Gluten free self-raising flour (90%) (rice, potato, tapioca, maize & buckwheat), raising agents (mono-calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), thickener (xanthan gum), egg replacer (potato flour, tapioca flour, cream of tartar, xanthan gum, methylcellulose), coconut blossom sugar, sea salt.

Per 100g:
