Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders placed via this website are fulfilled by our distribution partner, CLF Distribution, on our behalf.
- Orders placed before 10:00am (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and dispatched the same working day (excluding bank holidays).
- Orders placed after 10:00am, on weekends, or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive email notifications confirming when your order has been:
- Received
- Processed
- Dispatched
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- UK Orders: typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch
- EU Orders: typically delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer depending on courier performance or destination.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size/weight.
- Free UK delivery is available on orders over £35 (mainland UK only).
International Orders & Duties
- Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- If duties/taxes are not paid and the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking information.
Using this, you can:
- Track your delivery
- Choose delivery options
- Divert your parcel if needed
Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive this email.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not available to receive your delivery:
- You can manage your parcel directly with the courier (e.g. Evri) using your tracking link.
- Options may include:
- Leaving the parcel in a safe place
- Delivering to a neighbour
- Rescheduling delivery
The courier may also leave a card or notification with further instructions.
Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure:
- Your delivery address is correct at checkout
- Someone is available to receive the parcel where required
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Subscription Orders
- Shipping is calculated per subscription order, not the initial purchase.
- Free UK delivery applies only when each recurring order exceeds £35.
- To minimise shipping costs, we recommend grouping subscription items into a single order.
