Our farmers grow a long grain jasmine rice variety known locally as phka rumdoul, voted as the best rice in the world. This is jasmine rice in its classic form, polished white for the most fragrant and luxurious experience, with a slightly sticky and fluffy texture. Cook like any other long-grain rice.
