The aroma and character of organic, dry white wine gives this vinegar its refreshing and mild flavour. White wine vinegar is perfect for salads, sauces, mediterranean dishes and marinades. To protect valuable enzymes and aromas we do not heat our wine vinegar. Any cloudiness or sediment does not affect the quality, rather it is a sign of the natural production method we use.
