Made using a natural sourdough starter and traditional Mediterranean baking methods, these soft, fluffy pittas have a subtle tang and delicious flavour that's perfect for filling, dipping or serving alongside your favourite dishes. Ideal with falafel, grilled meats, houmous or fresh salads.

Wheat flour (60%), water, wheat sourdough 3% (water, wheat flour, sourdough culture, yeast), rapeseed oil, sugar, yeast, salt, preservatives: calcium propionate & sorbic acid.
