Fruit 45% (Sultanas, mixed citrus peel, glace cherries), Wheat Flour (Gluten), 100% vegetable non-hydrogenated margarine, Sugar, Eggs, Whiskey (2%), Orange rind oil, Lemon rind oil, Raising agents (Acid Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate). Margarine contains: Vegetable oils (sustainable palm oil, rapeseed oil), water, salt, emulsifier E475, flavouring, colours (E100, E160b), natural colours (curcumin, annatto), natural flavouring. Mixed citrus peel contains: Orange peel, Glucose-Fructose syrup, Lemon Peel, Sugar, Acidity Regulator: E330 (Citric Acid). Glace Cherries contain: cherries, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, colour: anthocyanin.
