Acai Chia Pudding
A creamy, nutritious dish made by soaking chia seeds in plant-based milk and blending with acai powder or puree. It's sweetened with honey or maple syrup and topped with fruits, granola, or nuts for a healthy, antioxidant-rich breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon acai berry powder
- 1 tablespoon syrup or honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Toppings: fresh fruit, granola, nuts, etc.
How to Make it
- Whisk the chia seeds, almond milk, acai berry powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract together in a bowl.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Stir the pudding before serving and add your favourite toppings.
