- 1 pound pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 ounces) tomato puree
- 1/4 cup basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
How to Make it
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the tomato puree, and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
