Clearspring Organic Tahini uses only the finest, carefully selected 100% organic, unhulled whole sesame seeds. The whole sesame seeds are roasted and then ground into a smooth paste. The unhulled whole sesame seeds has a stronger and more distinctive taste and aroma.
