Clearspring organic Peanut butter has not been homogenised and does not contain hydrogenated palm oil or other cheaper vegetable oils. For this reason separation of the peanut oil may occur. If this happens mix the peanut oil at the top with the peanut paste at the bottom of the jar thoroughly.
This organic peanut butter is low in sugar yet deliciously sweet. A pinch of salt is added to bring out natural sweetness of the ground nuts, that aren’t actually nuts, but members of the legumes family.
Peanut butters subtle sweetness makes it a great ingredient in both desserts and savoury dishes. Spread it on your toast, add to your smoothie for the extra protein, bake peanut butter cookies, muffins & cakes, make peanut butter ice-cream or use it as a stir-fry, satay or noodle sauce.
