Organically grown, hand-picked and laid out to bask in the warm Italian sun, these tomatoes are the succulent side of sun-dried. They are removed from the heat before fully dried, so they stay juicier, while keeping that distinctly intense sweet-tartness.
Marinated in the finest oil, our dried tomatoes are seasoned with traditional herbs from an Apulian recipe that has been handed down by generations. To make sure the rich, ripe flavours are all sealed in, we pack them within 24 hours of harvest.
Straight from the jar, our sun-dried tomatoes will brighten up any antipasti platter, or add a welcome zing to salads. Try blending them with some olives for a luxuriously layered savoury dip – or stir into a pasta sauce for a pure taste of sunshine.
